Where and when do outdoor sessions take place?

Outdoor sessions take place two hours before sunset. This is when the lighting is most beautiful and flattering. I have a list of locations to choose from, although, some do come at an additional fee. I am available for outdoor sessions from March-December.

What is your payment structure?

First, there is a $50 non-refundable booking fee. This particular fee holds the client’s preferred date and time. This date and time is no longer available for the photographer to book any other clients. This fee is later applied to your remaining balance. The balance of the account is due within 24 hours of the session.

There is an additional fee if you request the session to take place 25 miles outside of the area code 45050. The fee can be calculated and added to the initial quote.

Do you have any recommendations for a location?

What if it rains?

As an on location photographer, we hope for beautiful, sunny days. If it rains on your session date we can reschedule for the next mutually convenient day, within 60 days of the original date. Most days, the weather can be forgiving so I prefer to wait at least until the last 2 hours before our time together to cancel. If we have an in-home session scheduled, I do not reschedule on rainy days.

What if someone gets sick?

As a mother with four children of my own, I understand how this can easily happen. However, you do need to give me 48 hours notice so we can work together to make other plans.

When will I receive my images?

Approximately two weeks after your session I will send you an email with a link to view and download your personal gallery. After viewing your gallery, you will be able to share your images with family and friends and print your images as you wish.

Can I bring my family pet?

Absolutely! AS LONG AS the location allows it. Some may not allow pets of any type. This will also need to be discussed before the session take place.
